Cancellation Policy
All photoshoot bookings require a deposit to secure your session. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the shoot. Clients may cancel or reschedule their session up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session or failure to show up will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability. Additional reschedule requests may require a new booking and deposit. Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared. Late arrivals may result in reduced shoot time to avoid impacting other scheduled sessions. Edited photos will be delivered within the agreed turnaround time. Additional edits, rush delivery, or extended shoot time may incur additional fees. By booking a photoshoot, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that all creative direction, editing style, and final image selection are at the photographer’s discretion.
