Cancellation Policy

Faith Creates LLC – Service Policy ■ Overview Faith Creates LLC is dedicated to providing quality creative services that help entrepreneurs, brands, and individuals bring their vision to life. By booking or purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following terms and policies designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth working relationship. ■ Payment & Booking For our $50 Social Media Content Creation service, payment is required in full before content creation begins. No deposit is necessary for this service. Bookings are first come, first served and are confirmed once payment has been received. ■ Turnaround Time Turnaround time for the monthly social media content package is typically within 7–10 business days after all necessary materials are received. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. ■ Revisions Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional edits after that may incur a small fee. Revisions must be requested within 3 business days of delivery. After that, the project will be considered approved and closed. ■ Refunds & Cancellations Since this service is digital and created uniquely for each client, all payments are non-refundable once work begins. Full refunds are only available if Faith Creates LLC is unable to complete your project for unforeseen reasons. ■ Content Creation Terms Clients must provide any logos, brand colors, images, or specific content they wish to include before the start of the project. Faith Creates LLC will not be held responsible for delays due to missing materials or late responses. All created content remains the intellectual property of Faith Creates LLC until the project is fully paid for. Upon final payment, ownership and usage rights are transferred to the client for personal or business use. ■ Communication All communication should be done via email or official Faith Creates LLC channels to keep everything organized. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for a response during business hours (Mon–Fri). ■ Respecting the Creative Process Faith Creates LLC prides itself on creating with excellence and intention. We ask that all clients respect the creative process by providing clear feedback, timely communication, and understanding that quality work takes time and care. ■ Agreement By booking any service with Faith Creates LLC, you agree to these terms.
