Service Breakdown 1. Discovery & Strategy We start with a deep dive into your brand and goals. Includes: -Brand and audience discovery questionnaire -Competitive analysis (looking at similar sites in your niche) -Website goals, features, and structure planning -Color palette and brand tone alignment 2. Website Planning & Content Organization Before design begins, we map out what goes where. Includes: -Sitemap outlining your website’s main pages (Home, About, Services, etc.) -Wireframes or layout sketches to plan the flow of the site -Collecting all written content, images, and brand materials -Guidance on what to include (headlines, call-to-actions, etc.) 3. Custom Design & Branding This is where your site starts to come to life visually. Every page is designed to match your brand personality, whether you want it bold and modern or minimal and elegant. Includes: -Custom homepage and inner page design (no templates) -Consistent typography, brand colors, and layout styles -Desktop, tablet, and mobile responsive design -Visuals and imagery that fit your brand (stock or provided) 4. Website Development After design approval, your site is built on the chosen platform (Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, or Shopify). Includes: -Full website setup and page development -Custom navigation menu and linking -Contact forms, booking integrations, and social media connections -SEO-friendly structure for search visibility -Basic on-page optimization (titles, descriptions, alt text) 5. Integrations & Features Depending on your business needs, we can include: -E-commerce setup: product listings, cart, and payment gateway -Booking systems: Calendly, Acuity, or built-in scheduling tools -Email marketing integration: Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc. -Newsletter pop-ups or lead magnet forms -Testimonials, galleries, or portfolio sections 6. Review, Testing & Launch Before going live, your site is fully reviewed for performance and usability. Includes: -Website speed and mobile testing -Broken link and form testing -Final walk-through for your approval -Website launch on your domain 7. Post-Launch Support Even after your site goes live, you’re not left alone. Includes: -1–2 weeks of post-launch technical support -Video or live training session on how to manage and update your website -Optional ongoing maintenance plan for updates, backups, and security
Cancellation Policy
1. Overview Faith Creates LLC provides custom website design services that align with each client’s brand and goals. This policy outlines expectations, responsibilities, and project terms to ensure a smooth and professional experience. 2. Project Scope Each project begins with a consultation outlining page count, features, and content needs. Any requests beyond the initial agreement may require a new quote or extended timeline. 3. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide all content, brand materials, and approvals promptly. Delays in responses or missing items may extend project timelines or result in additional fees. 4. Revisions Projects include two (2) revision rounds per page after the initial draft. Additional edits or major layout changes will be billed separately. 5. Payments A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to start. The remaining balance is due before final launch or file transfer. Work and ownership are released only after full payment. 6. Timeline Faith Creates LLC provides an estimated timeline during onboarding. If the client is inactive for more than 14 days, the project may be paused or canceled, requiring a reactivation fee to resume. 7. Ownership & Rights Once paid in full, the client owns the completed website. Faith Creates LLC retains rights to display the project in its portfolio or marketing. Unused drafts remain the company’s property. 8. Hosting & Domain Clients are responsible for domain registration and hosting. Faith Creates LLC can assist with setup but is not liable for third-party issues or renewals. 9. Maintenance & Support After launch, clients receive 7–14 days of technical support based on their package. Ongoing maintenance, updates, and SEO services are available under a separate plan. 10. Refunds & Cancellations All deposits and payments are non-refundable due to time and design labor invested. If a client cancels mid-project, completed work will be billed proportionally. 11. Communication All communication occurs through approved channels such as email or scheduled calls. Both parties agree to maintain professionalism and clear communication. 12. Agreement Submitting a deposit or signing a proposal/invoice confirms acceptance of this policy and all outlined terms.
